Say Yes Communications is Say Yes Enterprises LLC ("Say Yes," "we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect through sayyescomms.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers the website only. Anything you share as part of a paid engagement is covered by that engagement's separate written agreement.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• What you submit. If you fill out the contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you email us directly, we have whatever's in that email.
• What the site collects automatically. Standard technical information like your browser, device type, and which pages you visit, collected through analytics tools (see below). We don't use this to identify you personally.

We don't collect payment information through this site. If you become a client and pay an invoice or a payment link, that's handled by our invoicing or payment provider directly, not stored by us.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and follow up about working together. To understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of outside services to run this site and our business, and each has access to the information that flows through their tool:

• Form and scheduling tools (currently Formspree and Google Calendar) to receive your message and manage bookings.
• Google Workspace for email and calendar.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, once live) for aggregate site traffic data.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Contact form and email inquiries are kept as long as they're useful for the business relationship, then deleted or archived. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing becky@sayyescomms.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you've accepted the update.
